    Thank you Earl, I will try it. Don't like the time spent on the 'learning curve' for software that doesn't measure up. Pun not intended.

    I've tried it. It works well.The two freewares that I have come across are REW and Holm Impulse. Holm is much,more easier to use for people just starting to measure like I was.But REW is a little more feature rich you might say ! With more support as well (Home Theater Shack).
